Returns and Refunds
- We do not accept returns on any items purchased from Fae Jewel.

Item Replacements
- Due to the unique, handmade nature of our products, we are unable to offer direct replacements for items that are damaged or defective. However, we will do our best to address any issues and provide a satisfactory resolution such as remaking a similar product.
